Skip the protection spells, what you need to do is redirect the energy away from you and to a safe place. Think about it this way. You can push against the wave of energy that is coming at you (ie Sheilding or protection spells) in the way of these spells, or without to much effort you can divert this negative energy it to a place where it can not harm anyone. Do you know how to do this?

Warren has the better plan in my opinion, protection is great and all, but will only go so far. Especially if there are more than one person doing this to you. So redirecting the energy somewhere harmless would be the best thing to do in this situation.

It's easy to assume that when bad things happen to us, it's someone else's fault and they are the reason why these things are happening. But that is not always the case. Sometimes bad things happen to us because of the way we are acting, or have acted. I have always been a believer of positive thinking and I also believe in the power of negative thinking. For example, if you think positively, your life will more than likely reflect that. If you think negatively, your life will reflect your negativity. The three-fold law is a good example of this. If you send negativity out into the universe, negativity will return to you threefold- mentally, physically, and spiritually.
Why do you think someone is casting spells on you? What kind of bad things are happening to you? Why do you think someone is binding your totem?
Like I said above, it's easy to jump to these conclusions that the cause of our troubles lie with someone else. You have to be aware that life is not all butterflies and lollipops no matter who you are. I think a lot of people new to the Wiccan/pagan scene like the idea that spells can be used to send and gain positive and negative material based on the situation. In the hands of an individual who is greedy or blinded by wants, spells can quickly spiral out of control. When something bad happens to us, we automatically wonder why and search for answers. Its unwise to presume that bad things mean that someone is necessarily casting spells on us. Life's not easily and bad things happen to everyone. If your car breaks down, it doesn't automatically mean that someone put a spell on you or it. More than likely something was just wrong with it and it needs to be fixed. If your boyfriend/girlfriend breaks up with you or cheats on you. That doesn't mean that someone was casting a spell on you/them to make you break up or cheat.
When dealing with these things, its always a good idea to explore every other possible answer first before considering the possibility that someone is casting spells on you.

They say when you become a victim of a magical act, it is time to seek out agypsy wise woman.once you do you can reinforce the gypsy's magic with some of your own.
Begin by having the witch draw a magic circle about you at midnight,outdoors,in the earth.they should draw the circlewith a willow wand, sayingas she does:
SPIRITS OF THE EARTH,OF FIRE
OF THE AIR,OF WATER
STAY YOU!
COME NOT HERE
BACK FROM THE CIRCLE,
TOUCH IT AND SUFFER THE WRATH OF HEAVEN.
THEN she should draw about the circle another one made with salt. And on the salt circle, at intervals,she should place garlic.THIS done she should sit,facing north,outside the circles and burn evil-smelling herds(assafoetida) in a chafing dish. accompanying incantation goes:
THE EVIL EYE IS ON THEE,
OUT,EVIL EYE.
THE EVIL EYE COMES OUT OF THEE,
AWAY, EVIL EYE.
TAKE YOURSELF FROM THIS MAN,EVIL EYE.
COME OUT AT ONCE,
OR I"LL POISON YOU WITH STRONGER FUMES,
COME OUT AT ONCE,
OR I"LL WHIP YOU WITH MY WAND,
OUT, EVIL EYE,
AWAY FROM THIS MAN.
REpeated 3 times or till there is evidence that it is gone. you should feel like a load has been removed from your mind.

focus your will and intent. Spells only work if you belive that they do. Rise above your advesery and conqure with love and faith in the power that the Gd\Gdss have given you

It will only effect you if you let it but I know how this sort of thing can stick into your head - which makes it work btw.
Just cleanse yourself from all negativity and dont let it sink in.
