what crystals/stones would help for this ?!
hello.
I need one to give me energy, i have no "get up and go" i always feel lazy and drowsey which is bad as i want a job! so please tell me a type of stone that will give me energy like a strong coffee would.
I also need one to calm my nerves, i have a job interview and im so scared, what stone could i use to calm me down?
Also, how do i "use" them? do i just hold/rub them and they do there purpose?

I would recommend choosing specific stones that resonate with you, rather than just choosing what people tell you to. That being said, I personally find that citrines have quite a lot of energy in them, as do quartz crystals. As far as calming down goes, hematite is a very grounding stone, and angelite has a way of calming me. So does blue lace agate.
To "use" a stone, I personally simply hold one in my receptive hand (usually the left, but not always; typically your non-dominant hand) and feel the energy it radiates. Then I would withdraw some of that energy into myself, focusing on whatever goal I have in mind.
There is a theory that a quartz crystal is a "blank" stone and that, much like stem cells, its energy is yet to be formed and can therefore be applied to any area of need. As to where to purchase said stones, well, I recommend picking them up in person before you purchase them, so I'd try a naturalist store in your area. Or, if there's a natural history museum nearby the giftshop might have stones to purchase.
