Shelby, the Eye of the Boar coven has a healing circle the second Saturday of the month from 7-9pm at the Eye of Horus. You might want to check it out. They have mad skills.

Blessings everyone! 

I am looking for current University of MN students that is interested in starting a Wicca/pagan informational, support and activities group here at the U of M twin cities.

Wicca is one of the fastest growing religions in the world, but for some reason there isn't any pagan or Wiccan groups this year. I don't feel right about not having a place for us to find one another for guidance, support and social/cultural interaction when many of us already have to hide who we are to some degree. I know there are a lot of us hiding somewhere on campus. We just need a place where we can find friends.  

We need at least 5 people to become officers to be an official group. We can get together for lunch or coffee and discuss ideas about what the group should be like before we actually create the group.

I want to invite coven/group pagans and solitaries to talk about where the next generation of Wiccans and Pagans are headed and what we can do help our each other out. We could discuss things like doing our own public rituals on campus for Sabbats, planning social outings(parties?), address the problems with some young pagans maybe having and helping out the community and its Elders. Personally, I want to help build a strong and cooperative pagan community for the many Wiccans/pagans here in MN. Let the one thing that has usually separated us from the world, now unify us with our kindred.

Allecia, there are always lots of good Samhain celebrations, but why wait. There are public Mabon celebrations next weekend. You can find lots of events at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/TwinCitiesPagans/cal
