Butt prints
Butt Prints In The Sand
One night I had a wondrous dream,
One set of footprints there was seen,
The footprints of my precious Lord,
But mine were not along the shore.
But then some stranger prints appeared,
And I asked the Lord, "What have we here?"
Those prints are large and round and neat,
"But Lord they are too big for feet."
"My child," He said in somber tones,
"For miles I carried you alone.
I challenged you to walk in faith,
But you refused and made me wait."
"You disobeyed, you would not grow,
The walk of faith, you would not know.
So I got tired, I got fed up,
and there I dropped you on your butt."
"Because in life, there comes a time,
when one must fight, and one must climb.
When one must rise and take a stand,
or leave their butt prints in the sand."

- I try to stay as close to my heart. I follow no real path but my own but i will follow as closely as i can, not everything is black N white we do have grey areas this i have learned. perhaps i follow the old religion more. So In that if i am to be labeled I'll like to be called Witch with shaman influences

- I am a mother of 2 And step mother of a teenage autistic child whom one day i can adopt.
i'm half blooded Native American, also Irish and,German.
Most people know me as "red" or My Mother gave me the name Amanda, but my Native American name is RedWater.
I have a houseful ..i am Hard headed, Independent, and true to my cancer sign. I am very much like my water sign and my sun sign (cancer) my emotions run like the water and my shell hides me and protects me from what i feel i need to protect myself from or hide from. I am very kind and giving, sometimes i even give when my inner self tells me not to. It's that damn Nurturing thing i cant control sometimes. I might want to hurt someone but in my bones i will not hurt you unless you really hurt one of my children, or me. I Hate Drama and try to avoid conflicted as much as possible. I am Blunt about How i feel or see things and i mean what i say... I am giving, loyal, trustworthy. I'm a woman so i'm moody and complex...I expect out of people in my life Honesty -no matter what u did. Lots of physical affection as well as verbal. Understanding and an eagerness to help me. As i would do the same to u.
I love my coffee in the morning and i'm not a morning person.
I have had Many terrible things happen in my life but i am who i am and i am wiser. I do have some Flaws thanks to my past, and growing up with a Bi polar grandmother and a Ever Depressed mother...Not to mention the terrible things too, I'm very much working on changing my "flaws".
I have always been drawn to nature and her AWE!...i felt as a child that i wasn't normal like all the Church people that i meet. something was different. I felt like a reborn again hippie...I have some illness that are permanent and temporary. I Am declared Disable by my State at the age of 30.

feelings and my confusion

Alright so it's been several months that i reached out to like minded people on a close path. I know the title of this group/community is Wicca, i see all walks.
But what i am confused about is how much i feel alone...I havent or i dont think i have found a traditional witch.

Oh yeah-and im forgetful, scatty and love a good 'belly' laugh! Im not technical minded so hopeless with PCs etc-aint got a clue wot im doing-due to my high magnetic field things like PCs,(even watches) do bizarre things when im near them! As a kid i used to entertain my friends by putting street lamps on and off just by walking under them lol!!!!!!
