- To be honest, I am quite a beginner my self, I love reading and find there are lots of books that can help,, it's nice to hear from you and I am glad you are enjoying the beach. When I first started I took a look at my life and started to think about the things I got angry or upset about and then asked if they really mattered. I try to do something nice for other people, I believe firmly in the power of three, if you do one bad thing 3 bad things you will get in return, but do something good and good things will come. I am there for my friends if they need me, I try to be green when ever possible, Keep positive it's amazing how much you will soon know, blessed be xx
