What in the blue moon is this supposed to be? Did I miss something here or does this really make NO sense?

see this just happened today and he's really making an ass out of himself. we've tried and tried stopping him, he interuppts discussions and makes rude comments, brings up false information and wont try and prove it. I'm trying not to be mean to anyone but it's really starting to upset lot's of people on this wonderful community and i don't want a whole bunch of people getting kicked off for stupid things. So please talk to Peter about
